Soup Kitchen March 15 | Prayer Update

Every week we show up. We set the tables, prepare the food, and open the doors. And every week, people walk in carrying more than hunger. They carry stories, pain, and quiet requests that stay with us long after the day is over. March 15 was one of those days.

This is not a report of numbers or achievements. It is a prayer update. These are real people, known by name, and they asked us to pray for them. We are asking you to do the same.

Dan

Dan walked through our doors for the first time today. We are so glad he found us. People like Dan are exactly why this work exists. And when he looked around and said this place is blessed, that meant more to us than anything.

Pray for Dan. Pray that this is not the last time he walks through these doors, and that what he found here today stays with him.

David

David has been living on the streets for a long time. Today he looked at us and said he had no words to describe this place, only that it is blessed. That is enough for us. This is why we show up.

Pray for David. Pray that he continues to find warmth, food, and dignity here, and that one day he finds his way off the streets entirely.

Ayala

Ayala came in today and asked for one thing, shelter. She is without a safe place to sleep. We are working to help her find something, but in the meantime she needs prayer.

Pray for Ayala. Pray that a door opens for her, that she finds shelter, safety, and people around her who will not abandon her.

Faraj

Faraj is Bedouin, originally from Beer Sheva. Today he lives on the streets of Tel Aviv. He sat down, ate, looked around, and said: “may God bless this place and keep it open”.

Pray for Faraj. Pray that this place stays open, that the resources keep coming, and that every time Faraj makes that journey he finds the doors wide open.

Taufic

Taufic sat with us today and shared something vulnerable: he wants to go to a rehabilitation center. He is asking for help taking that step.

Pray for Taufic. Pray that the right door opens for him, that he finds a program, and that the courage he showed today in asking carries him all the way through.

These four people were here on March 15 at our soup kitchen in Tel Aviv. They ate with us, they talked with us, and they trusted us with their requests. They are not statistics. They are known by name.
